Spartan is dedicated to a company safety culture that allows all of our employees and subcontract partners to return home safely to their families every night. To build and foster this safety culture, we have implemented the following best practices
Behavior based obsvervation program
Our BBO data is handled all electronically and allows us to have real-time access to leading indicators as they arise within the business. We have developed a proprietary dashboard that helps us analyze and deploy real-time solutions to mitigate safety risks within the company.
Investment In education and training
We invest large amounts of Spartan’s resources in the training, education, and development of our workforce.
Stop work Authority
Every employee in our entire company is 100% empowered with stop-work authority. If anyone feels like a situation is potentially dangerous, they have the support of the entire company to stop that situation.
